a new bootykickin'

so a work friend convinced me to take on this new workout program...farrell's extreme bodyshaping. i did start getting back into working out in may, but it's been tough to stick with it on my own and continue seeing results. i am pretty excited about this new challenge, as i think it will force me to try my hardest.

here are the details:
10 weeks, 6 days a week. sunday's are the off day, meant for FUN.
MWF = kickboxing with gloves and a bag ((so fun))
TThS = resistence training with bands
6 meals and 80oz of water each day

the program began by taking measurements and photos. i am ultimately excited for the 10 week 'test' to see how far i've come. i'm really hoping for some results, obviously after putting in the effort.

and one of the toughest things, 2 weeks of vacay smack dab in the middle. willpower!!

so the countdown begins to september 8th!
