this week has become a bit of a struggle in terms of healthy eating and working out. i just can't find the motivation to hit the gym! and while i'm eating okay, i have snuck a few treats...oops. it is so frustrating when things begin to feel bit overwhelming and the motivation starts to wean. i know it's pretty common to have setbacks after you get started, but i definitely thought things would be a little bit easier.
i am trying my best not to dwell on what happened this week...so i missed a couple of workouts and had a treat. is it really that big of a deal? it's onto what i can do now.
if i commit to staying on track for the next few days, i'll start to get my mojo back.
i am planning to hit the gym tonight...not sure what class i am going to be in for. there are a few different options, but it all depends on when i get off work.
