i weighed in this morning...wasn't too happy with what i saw. but, i do have to remind myself that i'm not going to just drop 20 lbs overnight! every little bit counts, and i know i'm making the needed effort. of course, i do need to treat myself at time, so maybe that had to do with the number i saw on the scale.
my challenge began on monday, 5/7. as of monday, 5/21 i've lost 2.6 lbs.
